Ideas, and even more so in the field of accessibility and inclusive design, whose regulatory obligations apply to the entire public sector and, as regards the private sector, to companies with more than ten employees and\/or an annual turnover of over two million euros operating in the fields of e-commerce, online banking services, transport platforms, reading software and e-books<\/em>, and emergency numbers. By 1 May 2026, students of ABA Rome are invited to submit e.bisenzi@abaroma.it<\/a> \u2013 anidea of inclusive design\/art<\/strong> in audio-visual form, slides<\/em> or another format of your choice, taking into account as much as possible the different needs of people with auditory, visual and\/or cognitive sensory impairments. Call for business owners and companies Attending the event in person (even partially) will allow you to receive summaries and videos of all the ideas developed afterwards, including the names and contact details of the students who created them. \nOn Thursday 18 June, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Room 7C Fienili at the Campo Boario site of the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome<\/span>, an exhibition of ideas on the theme of # InclusiveDesign<\/em> in the expressive and artistic field will be open to the public.<\/p>\n
\nIdeas, prototypes or even just hints of a practical and useful solution for people with special needs are encouraged, but also in a broader \u2018inclusive\u2019 sense, involving the issues of gender differences, social inequality and emotional\/psychological problems to be overcome and resolved.
\nThe proposals will be brought to the attention of representatives of publishing houses, incubators and start-ups<\/em>, giving you the opportunity to present your idea to any interested contacts.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The managers and representatives of publishing houses, web & communication agencies<\/em>, organisations involved in training processes, incubators and start-ups<\/em> of the Lazio Region<\/em> (but not limited to) are invited to a day of presentation of inclusive ideas<\/strong><\/em> by students of ABA Rome (Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Campo Boario site \u2013 Largo Dino Frisullo<\/span>) which will take place on Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Classroom 7C Fienili<\/span>. From 2025, small and medium-sized enterprises<\/em> (SMEs<\/em>), in addition to the public sector, will also be progressively subject to the regulatory obligation to offer services and products to the public without any barriers for people with disabilities, and for this reason there is a need to find and\/or learn about inclusive design solutions.
