How to start a collaboration
Organisations interested in starting a collaboration with the Academy must send an email to placement@abaroma.it, providing the following information:
- the faculty in which the student must be enrolled;
- what activities they intend the intern to carry out;
- the period of the intern’s work placement.
In addition, the organisation must specify the number of employees, bearing in mind that, pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 142 of 25 March 1998, the “host entity” may accept a number of interns within the following maximum limits:
- companies with no more than five permanent employees: one intern;
- companies with between six and nineteen permanent employees: no more than two interns at the same time;
- companies with more than twenty permanent employees: a total number of interns not exceeding 10% of the employees at the same time.
How to set up an agreement

In this regard, the applicant will receive full assistance from the Academy on how to set up and manage the agreement, and will then be able to choose from a shortlist of candidates selected in advance based on the required professional profiles.
In order to access the service and receive a list of candidates, companies, agencies, institutions and others must set up an agreement with the Academy.
The agreement has a duration of two years and must be expressly renewed.
