Promotion of psychophysical well-being and combating the phenomena of psychological and emotional distress among the student population
As part of the WAVE project for the promotion of psychophysical well-being and combating the phenomena of psychological and emotional distress among the student population (Pro-Ben Lazio1), the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome is a partner of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, the University of Tuscia, the University of Rome “Foro Italico”, the Libera Università Maria SS Assunta (LUMSA), the University “Link Campus University”, the International University of Rome (UNINT), and the National Academy of Dramatic Art “Silvio d’Amico”.
The awareness course on the prevention of addictions and addictive behaviours and on the promotion of well-being takes place in two separate modules: one aimed at students and the other at teaching and administrative staff.
Each module is divided into 3 meetings of 2 hours each. The lectures will take place on the Teams platform and will be recorded. A final assessment of learning, well-being and satisfaction will be carried out by the lecturers and students. The materials produced will remain available to the academy on the official website.
Attendance of the course by students is a necessary and indispensable condition for applying for training as a peer educator, for which selected students will be able to benefit from a scholarship.
