The latest generations of networks have begun to connect not only humans but also the environment, biodiversity and territories, generating an unprecedented living condition. Humans, viruses, things and places have taken the form of data, implementing a new type of interaction that is no longer only physical. In these new contexts, we are witnessing the transition from social and anthropocentric contractual forms to the interactive and hyper-complex forms of smart contracts. The third millennium thus marks the transition from forms of citizenship circumscribed by states, countries and nations to the unlimited and datified forms of the biosphere.
