Dear students, Please complete the form below if you have encountered any issues with the calculation of the first instalment of the academic fee.
Please note that:
– The deadline for submitting the ISEE was 16/10/2020. ISEE forms received after that date are still being processed. According to the Course Prospectus, ISEEs submitted late incur a late payment charge and the full amount for the 1st instalment, which will subsequently be refunded.
– Once you have filled in the form, you must wait for the administrative office to check it and reply, which will be done in good time.
Each student may only submit one completed form. After completing the form, students are asked NOT TO SEND ANY FURTHER REMINDERS BY EMAIL to make it easier for the administrative office to process the requests.
