Lecturers in charge\ Giovanni Albanese, Sara Santarelli
The Workshop is reserved for students on the Two-year course in Cinematography and Performing Arts.
In the first part of the Workshop, we will study technical découpage, the reverse writing method and the differences between short films and feature films.
The students, coordinated by the director Farnoosh Samadi, will be grouped according to their abilities, will carry out an exercise in reverse writing and reverse découpage, and will develop some ideas that they will transform into short films.
Cinema is the last example of a Renaissance workshop; knowing how to work in a group is fundamental, and every professional skill is essential for the success of the film.
At the end of the workshop, students will produce several short films that will be screened and discussed.
To facilitate the work, filming will take place in the Academy’s spaces or not far from it.
