The workshop aims to guide students through a complete course in sound post-production, covering all the stages from the editing of the live recording to the final mix.
Through practical examples, guided exercises and theoretical sessions, the techniques and languages of post-production will be analysed, with a particular focus on the balance between aesthetics and technology.
Students will have the opportunity to:
- Know and apply the main audio editing and mixing tools.
- Explore in depth the relationship between sound and image in narrative construction.
- Understand the processes and workflows of sound post-production.
- Carry out a final project that will be assessed.
Upon passing the final exam, an officially recognised Steinberg basic level certificate for Nuendo will also be issued, attesting to the fundamental skills acquired in the software.
